It’s Like Everyone Says

Cover was $10 to get in, mandatory $5 for a drink, and whatever you’re tipping the waitress to not seem like a jerk. This place is always super-dark, takes my eyes time to adjust so I always sit and wait for a few minutes before doing anything. It’s not dirty, but it doesn’t “feel” clean, either.

There are two stages, but during the day I only ever see one in use—at night they’ll have girls do a song on each stage for the rotation. During the day it might be one or two songs per stage, today it was one. Girls basically always get fully nude, some more enthusiastically than others. At the end of the stage farthest from the door, there are VIP rooms as well as the bathrooms. I’ve never tried a VIP room, have no idea about them. DJ starts and ends each dance with names, so that’s how I usually figure out who is working, although sometimes they post it on instagram (no idea why it’s not every shift every day).

The lap dance area is behind the seating, so if you’re watching the stage you’re not seeing who’s coming and going there super easily—I tend to sit on the sides to make that possible. This does also mean that the route to the men’s runs right by the darkest corner of the club, but they’ve put up some screen so it’s not just a periodic exhibition via the fluorescents in the bathroom. Seats are comfortable enough, just big cushiony things with high and wide backs that curve around, so visibility is actually very low between you and the dancer for anyone nearby—but if you’re shy, it’s going to be open enough to make you uncomfortable.
