Cost $5 CAD to get in at around 11pm on a Sunday, no additional tips etc. although the doorman took me over to where to sit for the stage so maybe he was expecting a medal for that...

$12 CAD for a beer, I mostly had US dollars, and the waitress offered ~ 1.2x CAD to USD exchange rate on cash exchange right there.

Watching the stage I saw one OK-ish stripper, and later a smoking hot tanned hard-body of a blonde stripper, but their dancing and amount they showed was very dull, and they looked very entitled.
