Warming up to Gold

Gold club is warming up to me because it hits the sweet spots between full and empty, and classy and dirty. Sometimes they open the "small" side of the club up when they are expecting smaller crowds. The small side is more of a regular bar with a stage. It's pretty dark. No cover that night, I tipped the security guy after he wanded me.

I was approached several times relatively quickly. While I'd only call one of them hot, it's preferable to being ignored by girls complaining about how little money they made. One girl asked if I knew Bea, and I thought it was a setup to a joke but turned out to be her name. She was kinda hot, a tall skinny white girl. There were maybe seven girls of mixed ethnicity and hotness. A lot of girls will try to get you to buy them $20 drinks.

When on the small side of the club, private dances are held in what the larger area calls the champagne room. It's an open area with a pit in the middle. Watch your step. There seemed to be some darker more private areas but we didn't go there. There were few enough customers that there was still privacy. $30 dances and $6 cokes.
