No change, literally

This is the old Royal Palace place, for those of us who have been in DC for a while. It changed over a while ago, but with Covid and all, this was my first time in. Pretty much same layout, though they may have updated the lighting. I was there Friday night, sometime between 8 and 10. About 8 or so dancers milling about. There are a couple stages, but only one was in use when I was there. Not crowded with customers. All AA dancers with a range of body types and appearance. I went to the bar in the back and some very friendly dancers approached. They were average looking, but very personable and personality goes a long way! This is DC, so you all know the drill on mileage, but I have a feeling these girls were from out of town and were more lax than most. Still DC though, so nothing crazy. One thing to know is that they had very odd rules (at least to me) on getting change at the bar. I wanted to change in a 20 or two for some 1s, and they said the minimum amount of 1s they would give out is 100. I didn't want a hundred 1s and, even if I did, I wasn't going to be there long enough to spend them and had no plans on making it rain for no reason. Weird. So, if you go, make sure you bring the currency you need!
