New to PA, not sure what rules are (and still a bit confused). But all dancing is topless but stages are inside the bar and girls come around for tips after their dance. Surprisingly busy for a Monday at 11:30. Girls were adequate and seemed like a lot of dances being given -which I’m unsure of the price. Would likely recommend another club if looking for a more traditional club.
