New club

The old DejaVu club has reopened as "The Pony" (ponyclubdavenport on Instagram where you can see club pics and videos of the layout). The club is open Monday thru Saturday from 8Pm thru 4am. They have done major remodeling and the club no longer smells like a wet dog. Unfortunately there still seems to be late night parking lot parties going on in Davenport which is why the former club DejaVu shut down. Even Dooks just a few miles away has been forced to close early (2:00 AM) because the cops have to break up these parties. So now there are bouncers in the parking lot. Beer, soda and energy drinks are available for purchase or you can bring your own.

I heard there were 39 girls signed up to work there. But only around 15 when I was there. Many from the old DejaVu have returned. Many from Dooks and SoCo too so the other clubs are suffering and SoCo just had to shut down. Some girls were nude, others will give you a peek and at least 1 girl who didn't give anything up which just seemed strange. But whatever... With an updated interior, extra bouncers and inflation, cost has also gone up. It's $20 cover and you get a wristband, lap dances are $30 a song and VIP are $170 for 15 minutes or $600 for an hour. No discounts on Monday thru Thursday either. The VIP is fully nude. Not that busy in the lap dance area and it's rare to see anyone in VIP. I thought Ashley and Euphoria were worth VIP, but I didn't have a good enough connection with anyone else to try it out.

Overall it is a great environment with all the updates and the girls will hang out and talk to you so I did have a good time. I showed up at 8:30 but things didn't get moving until closer to 9:30 so I wouldn't show up early again. I will try again on a different night and hopefully see a different mix of girls.
