Sticking with the same pre-Covid plan, and that’s a good thing in Vegas

Chicas has been reviewed a lot on the forum recently. It has always been a good Vegas value option, but as the bigger clubs have increased cover charges, done away with sending a car and waiving the cover, eliminated floor dances and otherwise gotten more expensive, Chicas has held the line on pricing.

Cover is the same $5 or $10 whether you drive yourself or take a cab or Uber. When you tell them you are going to Chicas some drivers will suggest someplace “better” so that they can get their bounty when you have to pay a cover. I find this club to be charmingly divey. Single room with a bar jutting into the middle, with a small main stage on one side where one or two girls will dance and a circular stage on the other side where another girl will dance when the club is busy.

Beers and drinks are reasonable. $6 or $7 for beers and about $11 for drinks. Dancer drinks are the same. Dances on the floor used to be $10. I didn’t see anyone getting them during the six hours I was there over two nights and didn’t ask for any myself. Back room dances are $25, but a pretty standard five for $100 is a good deal.
