My Co-Workers wanted to go to CloakRoom, and...
Cloakroom is near the Mount Vernon Triangle area of DC. It's across the street from BarTaco, a LAZ parking lot, and a 7-11. It's a fairly busy/bustling place, with a lot of restaurants and other typical elements of "city life" nearby.
I stopped by on two different Tuesday nights at around 7pm (I was meeting a couple of people from work there). Parking can be a bit of a challenge. If you can find a metered street space (such as, near BarTaco) - that may be an option. Otherwise the LAZ parking lot across the street is convenient, but they close down at about 10pm (!). Plus, parking is like $20-$30 IIRC (!). So, if you can score a metered street space - that's probably the best and least hassle option. There are a number of spaces along the street that BarTaco and Sweetgreen are located (which is across from CloakRoom). There are a few other street spaces scattered about nearby as well.
The club itself is very nice, gorgeous large central stage behind a long bar, amazing light & audio system, it is definitely one of the nicer clubs visually and aesthetically. Extremely tall ceilings (almost cavernous), staff is friendly, the place is kept very clean, nicely laid out and well decorated etc., lots of different seating options, and the music is not overwhelmingly loud, which is a plus since at many other clubs, that seems to becoming more and more of a problem (music that's way too loud).
