My favorite club in Houston. I have been there countless times and have been a vip member for several years. (Vip is 1000$ one time, and good for life. Sanctuary is cool but not necessary)

Almost every time I have gone they have all types of girls (size, height,natural, fake, ethnicities)

Most of the time girls are more than happy to sit and chat for a while before going for the dance. But occasionally you get the walk up,ask, immediately move on.
