What kind of loser goes to a loser strip club on a Monday evening?

I was on my way back to the Turnpike after work and I saw that this was open. I hadn't been back since before the pandemic and I was curious.

On one hand, the place looked better. They had redecorated, painted the walls and installed some metal siding. They took down the old beer signs and the bras hanging from the ceiling. The bought some new furniture and there is a back room and an outdoor patio. I think I preferred it as a dive, but oh well. The basic set up is the same--with there being a pole on an elevated platform by the bar. On the other hand, I felt that it was more honest as a dive. It didn't pretend it was anything else than what it was.

I was there around 7pm on a Monday. This is an awful time to go to a strip club. So take this for what it is worth.
