Monday funday

I’ve been hitting up Clancy’s almost every week for the last few months. This time I popped in basically when they opened on Monday early afternoon. Thankfully, I wasn’t the first person there, but it was pretty empty and only saw two people at the bar when I walked in. I’ve reviewed this place many times, as have others. It’s in a residential neighborhood on a fairly main street - super easy to park and a bit hard to find unless you see the attached liquor store in the red door to enter.

It was early enough that I didn’t even he didn’t even need to adjust my eyes to the darkness. The inside setup has a straight bar, not that big, with maybe 15 stools, a small area behind it to stand with a ledge for drinks. There’s more seating in the back that no one ever uses and the lap dance room behind those on the left through a door.

The bartenders were still setting up for the day, but I got a beer, sat down and waited for the girls to start making their rotation. The beer was $6 and I got singles to tip. Given they had just opened I only saw three dancers and they started to make their rounds. There’s a small stage in between the left and right side of the bar with the pole where the girls do a small set for a couple of minutes and then come around for dollars. You can easily get their attention if you tip heavier on stage and you can also get a cheap feel.
