Different, But Still Fun

So I haven't been to Tootsie's in 5+ years, and I can immediately tell that Covid has hit this place like every other strip club in America. No more seating at the big center stage like before, and the menu prices have considerably increased (like every other reviewer has been saying). It honestly felt more like a "corporate" strip club now that it's been more famous with rappers name dropping it. "Second floor in Tootsie's getting shoulder rubs" is in neon lights on the 2nd floor. That should say enough about how this place has changed. But I still had what I came for, and all the support staff are still good people with good service.

I arrived on a Sunday at half-time of the Dolphin's game, which is a different atmosphere than a typical day at 3 pm. Parking was easily available. $10 for cover. They beefed up the security, and now have someone at the door to pat you down quickly before you go in. Place was pretty packed with patrons. It seemed like most people were there to get drunk, watch the Dolphins, and see girls on the side. There's one giant stage as soon as you come in, with tables scattered all around it. Like I said, no more seating up close to the stage. There's also a bar right to your left as you walk in, which is facing away from the stage. There are also big TV's scattered throughout where they were showing football.

As soon as I walk in, I see some a few 6+ cubanas and one white girl dancing on the main stage. Wasn't immediately feeling the vibe so got a drink. To be honest I forgot how much each mixed drink was, but I remember it not being unreasonable. Less than $8 for each. They rotate about three girls at once on the main stage. One girl does pole dances, stripping off each layer of clothing during each song, while typically two other girls do dances on the stage. You can walk up to the stage and tip girls for a little personal show and a chance to talk. I talked up a few cubanas and a few white spinners at first, all ranging from 4 - 6. Since they don't have the seating up close to the stage, I just stood there and threw 1's while they gave me a small personal show, some taking off their bottoms and dancing for me naked. I kept passing until I found a nice 8+ girl more my style. Dark haired cubana with a thick accent, tight-bodied spinner. As I tipped her some 1's on the stage, she stripped off more clothes for me and did her whole salesman routine of teasing until I told her to just meet when she was free.
