This Pig will never be ready for Primetime again!

Alex's was my favorite local club before 2011 (hands down) - okay my hands weren't down often! One might trace the clubs general decline to the Brazilian exodus in 2011, or the incompetent rebuild clusterfuck of 2017, but really it's the current generation of Alexopoulos's consistently trying to put lipstick on this pig (the building) that makes the club banal. Club Alex's (today) is a second option to the Boardroom Cabaret, but it is not drawing customers away from the Boardroom Cabaret in any manner.

I visited the club on an early Friday night (paid my $10 cover) and was assigned a seat while the club was only at 15% capacity. Capacity might actually be 100 max at Alex's, so it's a tradition to manage the room and seat availability that I tolerate! There were 15 customers and the same number of dancers working at the time of my visit. There were a couple of familiar faces and some new to me that I can recall. My beverage of choice (rum and coke) was an $11.00 pour and was the weakest drink I've had this year in a strip club.

The evenings lineup included Mariah (energetic dime piece), Debbie (tatted, sexy blonde), Kimber, Magenta (great dancer/nice lady), Crystal (dressed in her best sophisticated Momma outfit) , Gemini (an attractive WOC), and Hope. The first five listed had some level of appeal to me! I got the parade of do you wanna dance from 6 dancers (3 listed/3 not) within my first 40 minutes in the house and accepted two for the engagement. Lap dance pricing has increased to $30 per dance (from $20) and the room remains overly monitored (since 2017), which generally means the suggestion of customers hands down is often verbally requested. There was some one way contact from dancer to customer, but the luster of the lap dance engagements pale in comparison to yesteryear. One of my entertainers suggested a tip on top of my 2 for $60 with her and I just laughed at her. Her dances were adequate, but my body parts were snoozing. If you have me at HELLO - I tip!
