Desire (RI) – Solid Vibe, Pricey Drinks, Hot Bartenders

Checked out Desire in Rhode Island last Saturday night. Wasn’t planning a crazy night—just wanted to see what the place was about. Rolled in around midnight, solo.

From the outside, it’s super low-key. Almost no signage, just a dark building tucked off the road. Easy parking. $10 cover at the door, quick ID check, and I was in with no drama.

Layout inside is simple. What stood out right away: two bars directly across from each other, both staffed, and honestly, the bartenders were hotter than some of the dancers. Not exaggerating. Tall, done up, confident, and actually cool to talk to. Drinks came fast, even with a decent crowd.

Now the prices? Yeah, $6 for a bottle of Saratoga water, and $16 for a basic beer. No joke. That’s probably the most irritating part of the night. Didn’t ask about cocktails—wasn’t ready to drop $20+ just to find out.

Club had maybe 8 or 9 dancers rotating. Talent was a mix—one tall brunette with a sleeve tattoo was working the stage like she owned it. Another curvy Latina had good crowd energy. But a few others were clearly just passing time.
