Uninspiring Saturday night

Was in the area for work and decided to stop by on an early saturday evening. The parking lot was packed but I was thankfully able to find a nice spot. The club is in an industrial part of the city right off of the highway and feels very safe.

Entering in, you immediately pass through a metal detector and then greet a bouncer. I paid 10 bucks for the cover and then walked through opaque double doors into the main room. On entrance there's a bar with ample bar stools just to your right and a single stage to the left that I could see. Despite the cars, there wasn't much activity going on in the club. There were maybe 15 or so patrons that I could see, and most were huddled around the bar, the remaining were sitting near the stage.

There weren't too many dancers when I initially arrived, perhaps 5 or 6, most being in the back, occasionally popping in and out of the main room, or with regulars. I saw more dancers trickling in as the night went on. The majority of dancers, maybe 80% or so, where white with the remaining split between black and hispanic; all of them were attractive and appeared to be in their 20s to mid 30s. The stage dances were mostly partially nude and I'd say only 2 out of the 6 I saw actually put on a performance, the remaining 4 didn't put much effort into their dance, mostly making circles around the pole and entertaining the few men who tipped on stage. The dancers didn't really approach many of the patrons, minus the regulars. In fact the entire time I was there, I was not approached despite sitting next to an open seat for the entire time I was there (I've been approached most other places I've visited so it's not me lol). The bartender and roaming waitresses were attractive and friendly and periodically checked up on me and the rest of the patrons that I could see. Overall the experience was really mediocre and unengaging. I don't mean to drag on this club as it seems many people have great experiences but this particular Saturday evening seemed slow for a non-regular. Something to keep in mind if you're visiting.
