Getting Closer to Normal

I’ve made several stops in the Hi-Liter recently so this review is going to cover a compilation of visits and not one single visit. All of the visits were mid afternoon, in the 2:00-4:00 range, all visits lasted 60 to 90 minutes, the days of the week varied. Still no cover charge at this time of day, I believe that the $10 cover charge starts at 6:00pm, I haven’t made a night time visit here in quite some time though.

The ID scan is back. I’m not really thrilled about that development but I always relent. Hopefully, my personal info doesn’t wind up in the hands of some random Russian hacker

The club doesn’t feel nearly as busy as it was pre-COVID. I’m not sure if that is a delta variant thing, people having less spending money or if people have just readjusted their priorities over the past 18 months or so. Anyways, there is generally plenty of seating available. For whatever reason, the doormen still insists upon seating people, I generally tip him a couple backs in hopes that he will leave me alone for the rest of my visit.
