The Axe - Post COVID!

Have reviewed this place before but this was my first visit since the lockdown in the UK was lifted. There is a new bouncer on the door but still £5 entry fee. No change in the interior except for the numerous bottles of hand sanitizer on the bar but drink prices have increased now £6 for a pint of lager and they did not have their full range of beers available. I arrived just before 5pm and stayed about 4 hours and in that time there were only 6 girls working 4 Romanians an Estonian and a Brazilian. I had gotten dances from 4 of them pre-covid and 2 of them recognised me when I walked in. During the evening the number of guys in the pub varied from 3 to 8 so you were pretty much guaranteed female company the full time you were there. The girls were happy to come and sit with you and talk and there was not big pressure to buy private dances.

The main chain post-COVID is the private dance price and location. Before standard dances were £20 with a "Naughty £40" available which allowed pretty much unlimited roaming and all the dances were is a small communal room downstairs. The price of the standard dance has doubled to £40 and these dances are downstairs and the Naughty 40s have been replaced by a £60 or £80 dance in the large upstairs room which used to only be used when the pub was very busy later in the evening. With this setup and the arrangement of the seating there is an effort to have some social distancing between the dancers and it is not elbow to elbow like it could be on a busy night in the past.

Had £60 or £80 dances from all 6 girls during the evening and it was a free rein on touching tits and ass. Most girls were OK with light pussy touching and a couple freely offered a taste. Overall, it was a very enjoyable evening - it was great to be out again for the 1st time in almost 18 months - the dances were hands on as usual in the Axe but dance prices have essentially doubled which now makes it pretty poor value for money.
