Still not much talent
This was an early evening on a Wednesday visit. When I first walked in, music was playing but there were no dancers on stage. This was my first hint that there were not many dancers available. The cover is five dollars to get in. If you don't enjoy what's here go to the doorman and asking for a pass for Bogart's. I just drink soda and that is six dollars. Anyway, the DJ played one more song with nobody up dancing. Since it was early evening hours, I was hoping someone would walk in. This did not happen and the long pause between sets continued. They had three dancers there, two of which were on the heavyset side. The decent-looking girl (short brunette) was someone I'd had dance for me before and I really didn't care for the dance. I was there just after 7 o'clock when the girls usually come in and stayed about 1/2 hour, but no one else came in. Between shifts on stage, the DJ played two songs so the girls were not going up constantly. I would've hope by this time, they could start replacing some of the old dancers but what used to be a hit or miss bar is now almost always a miss. I intend to skip this bar for a while as it does not appear to be able to retain decent talent. I assume this has to be because everyone's getting the free Biden money and don't need to work. When they do have talent just about anything goes here and a decent price, but lately there have been too many fatty's. Parking is fenced and they have a camera so I've never felt uncomfortable here. If you're married and you need to avoid smelling like you're going to a bar this would probably be the worst place to go as many of the customers smoke and you would generally smell like an ashtray. I would delay going here for a while until you hear people are going back to work/dancing. If you do get lucky and find someone you like vip is $10 and covers the whole time there even if you get new dancers. Booths are really small, I think the smallest in the area but I've never had trouble moving around. The last oddity of this bar is that when you go to VIP the speakers are blown so it's somewhat quiet in there and you can hear others talking and whatever. The music from the bar area does cover some of the conversations.
