Happy 4th!

I reviewed BT's a few months ago so I'll spare the details concerning the neighborhood, parking/valet, cover, club layout, etc. All the other reviews are accurate on these details. Its a safe area and their pricing is fair.

I had an overnight layover for work on Friday night. July 4 of all days. I was thinking the place would be hoppin' considering firework shows were over and people were probably tuned up from holiday festivities. Wow, I was completely wrong. I arrived around 11pm. There were maybe 10 ladies working. The vibe was completely dead. None of the girls wanted to be there. Their stage dances didn't have any energy. Lots of slow swaying at best and not much eye contact. Never experienced that before in a club. It was very strange. The ladies were a mix of Cubans and white girls. No AAs which was disappointing to me. There were 1 or 2 goth girls but their not my cup of tea. I ordered my drink hoping the place would pick up. The waitress was fine but she didn't want to be there either, she wasn't very attentive but she wasn't rude. Took about 10 minutes to bring me my drink. No big deal. After another 10 minutes from getting my drink a pretty cuban approached me. She was taller and pretty thick and certainly wasn't shy. Offered to take me back to the VIP to do things to me. $350 all in, I declined. I just wasn't into her and had to pass. She did tell me her name but I couldn't tell you what it is. Her accent was pretty thick and just couldn't understand everything she was saying to me. Should have had the translator out but I knew I didn't want her to stay.

After this interaction a gorgeous dirty blonde woman appeared. She had all the right energy and she wanted to get the party started. Well, she did just that, it was her birthday and all the girls flocked to her booth. Thank god she arrived because the vibe went from 0-100 in seconds. After watching the girls kiss and fondle the birthday girl they started to work the room. A young cuban, very sexy and beautiful with an accent I can understand, approached me. She sat on my lap, we had some flirty banter going back and forth when she finally asked to go to the VIP. She had me all riled up and I couldn't say no. We walk back to the VIP where we met the bouncer. Its a $20 or $25 fee for the VIP, then you negotiate a price with the dancer. Strange thing though, before you can go in your VIP room (cubicle) they want you and the dancer to give up your phone. I guess they implemented a new rule since I was there a few months ago. Anyway, they put your phones in small plexiglass lockers (boxes). Like everyone else, my life is on my phone and I was very hesitant but with the grip she had on me I gave in. The key to the locker is kept by the dancer.
