Still too soon
Went to centerfolds now under new ownership/management and name but you wouldn't really know the difference. the place still has very serious security on the way in (more bouncers than guests it seemed) but they were respectful as long as you were. This visit was on a Friday early evening in late June, but there really was a dead vibe in the club that made it not very fun. I don't want to dissuade people from going because I'm sure it will take time to bring back the dancers and customers after being closed for many months, but June was probably too soon to return. There were only and handful of dancers and while they were fairly attractive centerfolds just didn't seem fun with so few people there so it was a bit of a downer. Again I'm sure this will turn around. I did have one dance but as before the pandemic the dancer was at least six feet away so social distancing had no impact--the club just isn't a good place for private floor dances. The champaign rooms were always a different story, but because of the low energy in the club I didn't partake. I did not inquire what the current rules are. Stayed for about an hour and left with minimal damage to my wallet. All in it wasn't a bad way to kill some time. Note I stayed only on the first floor. I do not know if the upstairs was any better (or even open). I'll try again in a month or too and hopefully things will be closer to normal.
