Great location, but no people!
So I haven't been out to a club since before Covid, and I decided I was ready for my first trip back out. Seeing that Follies was my original go to, I thought I would try out Vivide's dayshift, hoping that the brand name carried over some of the same energy.
I arrived around 4:30pm on a Thursday and saw maybe a dozen or so cars in the lot when I pulled up. No lot attendant, so parking was free and I paid the $10 cover plus tip to the door girl and entered after a quick pat down. One of the security guys walked in with me and pointed out the stairs and let me know everyone was down stairs. It was pretty dark, so my detail are a little fuzzy upstairs, but It had a strange layout even for a nightclub. There was a bar and the DJ booth looked over the downstairs portion which was in a bit of a pit, with a small bridge walking over to another private area. Downstairs there are several booths set up with a bar in the middle of the wall near the front entrance. Some of the booths had some mini stripper poles set up but I only saw one girl use in in the hour I stayed there.
Overall there had to be less than 20-25 people in the building. I saw maybe a dozen customers and fewer girls. I first went to the bar to grab a cocktail which I believe was $10 plus tip. then found an empty booth. I saw 2 or 3 dancers with dancing for customer and it seemed like the rest were huddled together in a corner, either eating or chatting. Literally no one walked by the booth I was at near the bar, so I eventually moved closer to the center of the room. While there I noticed some more "private" dances going on in the rooms overlooking the stairs. I was told they do have actual VIP rooms curtained off, but I was told some VIP activity was going on in those rooms before I walked in which got some girls sent home.
