Its Real! but didn't find it that great.

First off, just to confirm what others have said: the place is real. Follies is back in some shape or form.

I went on a Saturday night around 1 AM. Parking was $20 and cover was another $20. I figured that’s just the price to check it out. Security was handled by a female guard—patted down but nothing too personal. A little unusual, but fine.

Inside, the vibe felt pretty seedy. Most of the dancers were Black, with just a few white dancers. Normally I like Black dancers, but none caught my eye that night. The ones who approached me quoted $10 per song for dances, but I passed. I stayed about 20 minutes and left.
