They're open.

This isn't going to be my best review, but given that there's no reviews in the COVID area it's something.

Gold Club is open. The location & interior haven't changed. No charge to park on this night, $5 cover. Masks & temp checks at the door, mask can come off once seated. Inside, there are some minor changes to the seating. There are fewer tables, only three chairs per table, the chairs are all set to face the main stage, and the chairs themselves are the smaller chairs that remind me more of what you'd see setup as temporary seats at maybe a beach wedding or something. Not the larger seats with arms that used to be there. As usual, the back half of the club is pretty much unused as is the central stage. No seats from the bar appear to be removed. Also, there is no seating at the stage. All of the stageside seats were inverted to prevent their use. Waitstaff was fine, a domestic was I think $6 and she was nice. For those who care, there was a bathroom attendant. He was literally asleep my entire time there, which worked for me since I could clearly see his pile of rags looked like they'd make my hands dirtier and I wanted nothing to do with them.

There was maybe 5-6 dancers. At least 3 of which were older ones from Solid Gold. I think two Latinas, a black girl, a trailer park chunky white girl, and a cute little Asian girl. I'd say the Asian girl & one of the back girls were 7.5's, the others 5's or worse. The stage rotation stood out for a few reasons. First, there were numerous periods with no girls on stage. Second, the black girl went up seemingly every other time. As in, she was on stage when I walked in, then there was a 2 song break, then one of the latinas, more break, the black girl again, more break, the other latina, the black girl, and I left when the chunky girl went up. Just seemed odd. There was one black girl who was as good looking as the Asian girl, but she left shortly after I arrived. Stage was typical south Florida, clothed/topless/nude one song each. Dances were $25 each, but I didn't get a chance to do any. After the cute black girl left only the Asian girl was worthwhile, and while she did come over to chat she was on her phone while chatting with me to the point where I felt she'd likely be sitting on my lap texting & I'd have to call the dance. So I just skipped it.
