Enjoy it for the next couple days...

I visited on a couple of fridays for happy hour and had this review ready and then ... the new Mayor shut the city down again. As of this coming Friday, all Baltimore city bars and restaurants are closed for dine in service. Here’s my review FWIW. The info is good for the next couple of days.

PHC is open, but must comply with restaurant rules as well as close by 10p. Plenty of parking across the street, but it’s not free. $10 paid to the bouncer and he recites the rules. Masks on when standing. You must buy a food item. There are a few $5 items like desserts and fries. Drinks are two for one if you buy for yourself. Beers were $9 (for 2) and mixed drinks were $14 (for 2). If you want to buy a dancer a drink you pay full price, unless she likes to drinks what you’re having.

The lap dance room and 4 for $160 rooms are shut down. They did put in a 15 minute room for $180 and if you go before 8p there is a 30 minute room for $250. Fun can be had in here but there are cameras. Be sure to ask the dancer for options.
