First night at the Furnace
Went on a Friday night at around 10 but stayed until about 3 am. There was no charge for parking . They have a limit for the number of people in the lobby so there was a line of about 5 people outside waiting to enter. They have a weird member set up where you have to fill out a membership card to enter. As far as I can tell you can write whatever you want on it . They also scan your ID upon entry . The cover charge was $10. They had somewhere between 20-30 girls from what I could tell. There was plenty of seating and the interior of the club is pretty nice and clean. On the bottoms floor seating is open outside of the area where they give lap dances which are $20/song(full songs).
The drinks seemed to be reasonably priced with beers around $5 . They also had pretty decent food.
The dancers were a mixed group . They were for the most part all very attractive especially for Birmingham . They are all on the slim side so if you’re looking for the thick fake body type this isn’t the club. They rotate from the main stage to the seating areas and you can tip as they go along . They will walk the floor and ask if you would like dances or VIP($150/15mins) . I had a buddy who did VIP who said it wasn’t worth it. The vip are is upstairs. The girls all seemed friendly and they all try to get you to buy them drinks including some wine that’s $35(pass) I hit dances from 4 different girls and they all do similar moves . They sit on your lap and alternate rubbing their boobs on your face. It doesn’t seem like anyone spent a lot of money at the floor level. It’s definitely not a make it rain club.
Overall it was a pretty good experience outside of the membership thing. That may be something that’s but not at the clubs I frequent . Also you wear masks while walking around but you can remove them when seated. I would go again if I wanted to get out and wasn’t in a bigger city.
