Pony Birmingham Now Open

Was in Birmingham Saturday night (7/12/25).

Drove the new Pony (old Sammy’s location). Walk up the steps outside and guy had me empty my pockets and get wanded down. Then you walk through the doors and to the right had to show my id and pay cover. Cover was $10-20. Don’t remember now. Skinny hallway with bathrooms on the left and then a a corner that opens to the right. Smaller than I expected. Tables and stages are all in this area (to the right) with the bar against the back wall. Pretty packed and I picked the one of the only tables open which was in the back towards the bar.

Sat for 20 minutes and was never approached by anyone except for a waitress. 1 girl was dancing on stage and other than her I only saw 2 more girls the whole time I was there. They have a board in the back with the dancers listed and it looked like maybe 7 or so names on it. Couldn’t tell if they were in the dressing room or sitting with others as there were a ton of customers and it was dark.
