Might have been good without that one girl.

So I got out of work and went to get me a birthday lapdance (yes it was my bday). So near my job there are a couple of joints and since I get out of work after midnight I don't want to be taking no long drive to get to where I need to be. So I get to Stir Crazy and I say what the heck. Decent amount of people in the lot so I figure what the heck. First thing is no parking fee yes cover $5. Fine. I get wanded (metal detector.) No big, the guy is pretty cool about it. I walk in and find a seat near a table. It's a small club but still mid-level size wise I would say. Not the size of a Tootsies but not a dive bar. Sat down order a bud. $6. Watched the girl dance, she was chill. Now I do speak Spanish but I tend to not do so so I can get a gauge of the girl and her willingness to work with someone. Get approached by a girl, hispanic, not as curvy as I would like but pretty enough. I tell her I just arrived she lets me chill so I can get a drink or two down and watch the club. I open a tab minimum is $25 I figure what the hey not that hard to drink that much (for me.). So I watch a girl dance and am waiting for the next one and I get approached asking for 'propina', basically spanish for tip. I'm not down for that style but I understand some clubs work that way. I ask her in pretty easy English 'is that how it works here'. Simply put that should show me as a first timer (to that club anyway) and all she would have had to do was say yes and then I give her a tip and she can split to bother some other guy. (I like to watch so I can pick out my lap dances.) Now I get that there are clubs that do that and I don't mind it but I also find it irritating and don't like it especially if they aren't chill or even matter of fact about it.

So I asked for my card back, paid for my beer and dipped. I only saw 5 or 6 girls, (two dances) Bambi was nice enough, didn't get the name of the irritating one who I also forgot to mention threw some crap at me in Spanish better left unsaid but that was what set me up to dip. Mostly hispanic girls as far as I could tell and the music was 'meh' I would say. The waitress was nice enough but not super attentive even after I tipped her a $5er for 1 beer. Sheesh. Not going back even though it's convenient location wise.
