A good option if you like a divey vibe

I had a night in Phoenix for business and had an overly optimistic game plan of hitting 3-4 clubs thanks to intel from the Phoenix tuscl regulars. I only made it to 2 clubs thanks to some good fortune at Hiliter, but Bandaids was my first stop.

Got to the club around 6p on a Tuesday and it was comfortable. About a dozen dudes and the same number of girls. No cover and no ID check at that time. I went to the bar and got a cheap corona. $4 maybe? I asked for some change, but the bartender said she just got on and couldn’t break a Benjamin. I had some small bills but had to bide my time until I could get some more change.

The club has two rooms, with a long room and bar in front, as well as a small stage, which wasn’t in use when I got there. There were a handful of guys sitting at the bar watching whatever was on the tv. Pretty mellow. In the back is another room with the main stage which is about 30” off the ground and surrounded on 4 sides with chairs and small tables, plus the VIP area which sits behind half walls and smoked glass.
