Monday night was a good time

The first thing I like about the Purple Orchid is the location. It is easy to get to from S. Jersey, I-95, I-76, and airport hotels. You don't have to drive in the city and deal with the stop and go traffic. And if you want to go to Atlantis after the PO it's just a 15 minute drive, but you will then be driving in city traffic. The second thing I like is the large, free parking lot. That lot will never be full.

The cover charge after 6pm is $5, it's free before that. There's no cover on Sunday night. When you enter the club the doorman/couch room attendant is on the left as is the entrance to the communal $20 per 4 minute dance room. To the right are the 2 very private $30 couch rooms. Those rooms have doors, no window, and are furnished with a love seat, mirrors on the walls, and a digital clock to help you keep track of how many dances you have done. The attendant determines how many dances you have done, not the dancer. If the dancer tells you how many dances you did ignore her and wait until the attendant tells you the count. You should then pay the dancer for the dances and she in turn pays the attendant $10 for each dance. You should give your tip to the dancer before you leave the couch room, just to keep it private. No need to have someone wondering what the dancer did for that big tip that you just gave her.

When the girls finish dancing on stage they circle the bar for a tip, usually asking if I would like to tip them for their performance. This can be a real pain because no matter how involved you are with a girl at the bar (arms around each other, squeezing her butt, she's giving you the handshake) many of these girls will interrupt and ask for there tip. The PO and Atlantis are the only clubs that I know where they interrupt you, often taking steam out of the hot time that you were having. Last night I was fully engaged with a dancer at the bar, it was hot, and at least 6 girls had interrupted us to ask for their tip and the dancer that I was with started to complain about the interruptions. That was a first.

Shortly after that I had another first-a dancer on stage with a bright pink butt plug fully inserted. The dancer that I was talking to commented that she had never seen a butt plug used as jewelry before!

There were a variety of girls ranging from petite (Slim and Reilly) to tall (Princess) with a lot of medium sizes in between. There weren't any big girls while I was there from 7.30-9. I spent my time with Slim and had a great time.
