Classy Chassy was slow early on a Wednesday evening
I've been a regular at Club Rio for years (since about 2014), but with the fun level way down there, I've started checking out other clubs around town. On a recent Wednesday evening I decided to hit two southside clubs: Classy Chassy and Silk, neither of which I've set foot in for years. This is a review of my Classy visit; tomorrow I'll write a Silk review.
The reason I went to Classy is that an old dancer friend of mine named Phoenix, whom I met at Rio almost three years ago (in fact, the first lap dances she ever did, as Desire, were for me there!), is now dancing at Classy. I arrived about 6:15 and saw that she was on stage, so I did a little stage tipping and then hung out with her for the full hour and ten minutes that I was there. We had a drink at the bar and she took me on a tour of the club, showing me the food area (just pizza, as I recall) and some VIP rooms. I recall that one choice was $200 for thirty minutes. Since she's quite new here, she wasn't sure what the camera situation was in the VIP rooms. Then we did a few $20 lap dances which were quite enjoyable but nothing out of the ordinary. She's come a long way since she was a baby stripper in summer of 2016!
Cover was $5 and they did indeed scan my driver's license. I believe my Bud Light cost $4 and a beer and a shot for the lady set me back close to $10. One annoying feature that this club shares with Babes and Harem House (unsurprisingly, since they're all under the same management) is that you have to pay $5 for each different trip to the lap dance room. However, my dancer friend paid this "poll tax" for me -- don't expect this to happen ordinarily!
