A nice way to relax on a Saturday afternoon

Returning from a business trip in Louisiana I got to IAH airport a few hours early so I chose the closest club to me to visit for a bit. Actually I think there is one closer club but I had been there once before and didn't find it too stimulating. At St James there was a $5 cover and a metal detector.

On entering I walked the perimeter, scoping out the place, I have been here once before but pretty long ago. Two very nice bars with seating, several satellite stages in addition to one very fancy very large stage. An upstairs that was roped off but appeared to be a VIP seating area. There might be other VIP dance booths up there also.

I parked myself at the only bar that was staffed at this time, got my usual domestic for about $5 and started watching a rerun of the basketball playoffs. Not a big NBA fan but there was little else to watch. After a while, maybe 30 minutes, stage dancing started, there were a couple tippers and a pretty nice performance by a fairly flat chested girl. Her set was followed by another so I guess that is about when they start the stage, there was 20 or so PL's and 10-15 dancers all in the 6-9 range.
