Best bet downtown

The obvious point of comparison here is Bouzouki, the longstanding club around the corner. And while I appreciate that Detroit has two places right downtown, there's really no comparison - Legend's is way better.

The only real downside is that it's slightly more expensive - I think cover was $13, and there was mandatory coat check.

But the space is nice and new, with a lounge vibe complete with hookah options (not my thing, but I kind of respect that it's there). Lots of room to roam around if you like, with an upstairs area that looks down on the floor, and a somewhat more chilled-out vibe up there.
