Here They Cum
I visited Fannies over the weekend and not only has the interior changed but so has the number of dancers. And the number is in a positive way too. I would say there were easily twice the number dancers than in the past. It also seems to be much more livelier than in the past. Of course, it wasn’t too lively at all a few months back.
So in chatting with some of the new gals, most either came from Flashers or Mardi Gras. There actually was one who was just brand spankin' new to the art and came from no other place. The mix is still by and largely white in part due to those two closed clubs were mostly filled with the pale gals. The music changed quite a bit in that there is a larger mix of hard rock and some pop verses lesser rap and hip hop. It’s not to say that there isn’t any hip hop or rap, there is some; but not as much. Of course, my observation is based on that DJ for that night. As for the ever important dances, to me the lap dances are closer to those received at Flashers than those received at “Air” Mardi Gras. Of course YMMV and the Mardi Gras dancers might have to warm up a bit if they want to compete for our larger bills. The lighting and bouncer harassment are somewhere in between.
If you attended Flashers or Mardi Gras and liked either, I would recommend you go Fannies now and see if you may like it. It’s pretty obvious to all that Fannies is not as nice on the inside as Mardi Gras, but it does compare to that of Flashers. If you are going to miss your nice place in Mardi Gras, then it may be onto the Cheetah for you. But if you are interested in seeing more girls at Fannies than they ever had there in the past few years, then give Fannies a shot this weekend.
