Is Mystic on its last legs?

Dropped by on a Friday evening around 10PM. The place was semi-full, with a bike club taking up one corner of the main room. The place also reeked of weed. The weird thing was there few girls were visible. One generously sized cowgirl was working the main stage. Stage two was empty. There was a thin black girl sitting on the rack at stage 3 (the minor stage) chatting with customers, and another thin-ish girl chatting with three guys at one of the high top tables. I didn't notice it at the time, but there was no DJ (on a Friday night?!?).

I ordered a shot of mid-shelf whiskey and sat at the bar to see what was what. After her two songs were up the cowgirl pulled on her outfit and sat down on the rack to chat with the customers. For the entire rest of the time I was at Mystic no other girl went on stage. At one point a tall thin girl went over to the DJ booth and stood there, apparently waiting for something. At another point four girls of various sizes and attractiveness walked from the area of the dressing room to the front door and out. I assumed they were going to the smoking area, which is just outside the front door; but when I left a few minutes later they were nowhere to be seen. This is weird because they were wearing dancer outfits. Maybe they were take out?

I didn't buy any dances this particular night, but I know from past experience that the price TUSCL shows is no longer correct. Topless dances, no touching, are $25/song. Nude dances, touching only above the waist, are $40/song or three for $100. Normally the DJ watches cameras in the dance area to make sure the rules are followed, but on this night there was no DJ. On the other hand, there was no dancer I'd want to take back.
