Worth the Wait

Stayed at two different hotels on a business trip, the first night in Chandler. Read reviews of Sonny's and a couple places in Tempe, and decided to punt on clubbing that night, and wait until the next night, when I was staying at a hotel near the airport, with a flight out at a reasonable hour the next morning, to hit the club. Work event over, checked into hotel, hopped into Lyft and got dropped at the front door just after 10. I paid $8 or so to get in. Fellow TUSCLers hadn't steered me wrong, as the place was pleasantly busy, with guys packed around three stages where hot chicks were dancing away.

Rather than being led to a table right away, I decided to have a seat at the bar, where a pretty bartender served me a g&t for $9. Dancers seemed to be mostly white with enhancements, although there were some AA, Latina, and Asian dancers. A little something for everyone. I sat and enjoyed the view from the bar for 20 minutes or so, then walked out and about into the crowd, finally finding a spot at the stage in the very back near raised VIP, which I guess is stage 2 in the rotation. Got another g&t from cute waitress, for which she only charged me $8, tipped her the extra $2. Tiger Lily offered her company, and I politely declined, wanting to see more of the lineup. Tipped and got a dance from Christina, a tall blonde, up in the VIP seats. Pleasant, but one was enough. Mallory, sexy small B cup with ink, enticed me next, and a $5 stage tip ensured she came by shortly. Two dances with her were quite nice, with my hands roaming most places. I asked about VIP, and she said that she didn't know the prices, just that cash vs card were different. I told her to spin back by soon and went back to my seat by the stage.

It was now 11:30 or so, and the place was getting more crowded with NCAA hoops fans. Seemed like even more dancers had shown up, and both VIP areas were packed, with a wait for a spot to get a dance. I enjoyed the view at the rail, continued tipping a couple bucks per dancer, and finally called it a night right around midnight, as dancers were clearly getting more mercenary.
