Same old - but that's a good thing
In some ways this place has changed a lot thru the years, but in the ones that matter really it hasn’t changed much. I definitely recommend this place. At this point, the best feature of GGR compared to most other places in NJ, is the total lack of the dollar parade. And of course the totally nude stage dances differentiate this place too.
On the minus side, there is no alcohol sold or allowed and you are down $17 before you sit down, (same as before $10 at the door and $7 soft drink required, they snap the little paper bracelet on you when you buy the first drink.) Dances have been the same here for a long time, $20 for five minutes in the open area filled with chairs. Always a good time but extras are not happening.
There’s a private room, which I have ventured into on past visits but as I have stated before really don’t see any monetary value to it. Not much different from the open chair area and more expensive. Thru the years, dancer talent level has always been in the 7 to 9 range in my opinion. This visit, I would say the talent was towards the lower end of the usual spectrum, but not much so. Good time and good value as usual.
