Mixed Opinion

BA is on Truman Ave, several blocks from Duval St. It’s far enough away from the ‘downtown’ core of KW that I wouldn’t want to walk it from ‘downtown.’ The main drag of Truman Ave is fairly commercialized but lacks the pedestrian traffic of Duval St. If you were to wander off of Truman Ave, the area gets fairly residential very fast.
