There has to be better clubs than this one

I'm in town to visit family. After a stressful family gathering, I decided to relieve some of that stress at a club on the way back to my hotel.

I had been to this club once before a couple years ago. During that visit, I met a couple pretty young and frisky dancers and had a pretty good time overall in the VIP room. Was hoping this visit would be similar. Instead, I paid my $7 cover (cheap), sat down to a table in a pretty abandoned room, ordered a drink (watered down jack and coke $7.50) and scoped out the scene.

Two lifeless dancers on mini stages in the middle of the room, about 4 or 5 patrons, and a few other dancers just sitting around. This place was dead for 11:00. A couple of younger white girls sit next to me and start talking. They depressed me right away with their stories of dropping out of school, new in town, single mom, ex addict, etc. I needed to get away from this place quickly. Complete vibe killer.
