The Lampliter is like a neighborhood bar with naked girls dancing. Once you're there for a while you get the feeling that a lot of the patrons are 'regulars'. Every time that I've been there I've seen one or two couples in attendance. There is only one stage, and you can sit up by the stage and see all of the action up close or you can back off and watch from one of the tables further back. The girl on stage will usually dance two full songs. The first will be topless, and the second will be totally nude. One of the best features of this club is that there is no DJ. The girls pick their own music, which means that they really do dance because they are into it. The girls are all friendly, and are not pushy for dances. If you do get a dance, they take place along a back wall, not very private, and they will tell you 'no roman hands'. I've always had a good time at this club, despite the fact that it's not new or very flashy. Some would even call it a 'dive'. I always get the feeling that everyone is welcome and expected to have fun.
