Rockford is not a choice spot for erotic mayhem. Unless you like the idea of 'bikini bar' level of non-nudity then steer clear of this place. Mind you, I've been to bikini bars and have been turbo charged by the behavior of girls on stage. Not here, or at least not that night. Maybe if I'd had about four or five boilermakers? But I don't drink and Tiger Tails doesn't have a plan B.
