Zzzz...

Instead of pushing on to Minneapolis like any sensible person would've been doing, I continued the quest for pretty titty. And, man, was I disappointed. Not because it was a bikini bar (my first time at one), but because the whole place was lacking.

First time in Rockford -- well, away from the I-39 gas stations and the Cracker Barrel anyway -- and it was getting to be late on a relatively damp and dreary night. Had to wake up the GPS and it eventually led me to Just Enuff, a club name that definitely said that, yep, they'd just barely done enough.

Not much to say about the parking lot. The way the building was angled, it felt like it tried to split the parking lot in two, at a weird, awkward angle, to boot. The door was kinda-sorta to the back (see "awkward angle" comment). I wound up parking a spot away from the dumpster out back. The front lobby was fair-sized and clean, a doorman/greeter at the podium. He took the ten-dollar cover, then tried selling me on the place, just sadly trying to shmooze with me. Told me his "queen" was out there, but he wouldn't say who she was, that I had to guess. Yeah...okay...whatever He was a nice enough guy, but he struck me more as someone who should be stocking shelves than a manager type he was playing at.
