First time visiting this club, which was a 7-minute walk from my hotel in a well-traveled part of Center City. Chancellor Street is actually a no-outlet alley leading to a parking deck, and to get to the club you have to walk past a bunch of dumpsters, but the alley is well lighted and I did not feel unsafe at all. Google Maps was somewhat ambiguous about where the club actually sits; just know that you enter Chancellor Street from 15th. It's hard to see and read the club's sign from the street, but it's at the end of the alley on the right just before the parking deck.

I was there on a Sunday night from 10:00-11:45. There was a $10 cover, but they'll waive it if you show them your hotel key. Bottled water was $5.00. They do serve alcohol, which in Philly apparently means the dancers are topless only.

It's a small place in a typically-large urban building that has been there for years. There were 13 girls working, about half black and half white. All were attractive in one way or another, and all the girls I talked to were super-friendly. The girls danced two songs on stage, typically topless on song two, then did the tip walk around the small room.
