Traveler review, pretty good club
I was in Baltimore on a weekend trip and visited about 10:30 to 1:45 on a Saturday night. Having been here twice before (once years ago, and once months ago), I had not been disappointed before and knew basically what to expect. I haven't been to any other Baltimore clubs to compare and contrast, but having had good experiences, decided to return. I mostly go to clubs in the northeast (Providence RI, mostly), and it's pretty similar to the clubs I usually frequent.
The main stage is a semi-circle with a pole and about 12 seats. Each side along the diameter of the main stage is the bar, which has about 8 seats each. Dancers descend onto the main stage from a staircase in what appears to be a VIP area. The sets were two songs, the vast majority of which were EDM, and the dancer gets topless in the first song and fully nude in the second song. Tipping while sitting at the stage is oddly not customary, and customers will sit at the stage for long periods of time. Customers will walk up to the main stage and throw money. After their set, dancers walk on top of the two bars for their tip walk. The side stage was 5 seats instead, and no staircase to descend from.
Dancers don't aggressively ask for dances. Tipping dancers on stage didn't seem to get their attention nor attract them to you after their set. It seemed one common way for customers to request dancers is to talk to staff. Otherwise walk up to them while they're not busy. Dancers also get busy doing table dances for parties of people on the floor, or in the drink service areas of the club.
