As many have said, the DC scene for clubs is very sad, so I only go to Camelot when I am absolutely desperate and cannot get to PG county. With that said, it's a decent place to bring friends who aren't necessarily into strip clubs and aren't looking for a real experience. That was the case this lady Saturday when I entertained a couple friends who have only been to a couple clubs. The bouncers are generally ok even though they try to look tough.

The dancers dance on stage, then often ask for a tip as you're sitting around the stage or at tables. The women are attractive and there is usually decent variety, but there are no lap dances and definitely no touching.

It's basically a bar with naked girls hounding you for tips, so know before you go, but check it out if you're in DC and need a tame experience. Of course if you're really into clubs, you'll know to pass this one and head to PG.
