Dancers noticeably older than before

Have decided to visit Ritz since I haven't been here for over a year now. Dancers were noticeably older than before, with most of the good looking girls from Cuba and elsewhere hardly able to speak English. Learned from one of the dancers that Ritz management had changed its policy on dancers and now won't let girls work here anymore unless they're over 21. So if you are looking for that teenage hottie, look elsewhere.. Still might be the best club in this part of Houston though.. If you are closer to the Galleria or IAH though, probably not worth the long drive to get here when better clubs are closer nearby.
