Some dancers don't want to work

Got to this place on a busy Saturday night. This website asks for dancers on shift.

How do we define shift? There were girls on poles and a bunch of girls sitting at the bar talking to each other.

It felt like dating at a non strip Club bar. As I'm sitting and watching the pole dancers a bunch of prettier girls are chatting at the bar. I'm looking at them and they bekon me to go to them. I say come to me they don't. As the night drags on I go to them. They ask if I will do the vip room. I say no too much money. The say no deal.....They won't work for small money.
