Upscale Glasgow Club

I had mixed feelings about my visits to Platinum Lace. Things seem to get started fairly late there, probably after 10:30 or 11 PM, except perhaps for Friday or Saturday, when they open earlier. Strip clubs do not seem too common in Glasgow, and I was told this was definitely the most upscale of them. The waitresses, front door staff (surprisingly perhaps), the floor manager (Kat, very cute!), and the dancers (of course) were all basically friendly, and seemed happy to have you there. Drinks - including drinks for the girls - were reasonable in price. I was fortunate enough to have a nice conversation with a bright, veteran dancer who filled me in on the intricacies of the club, and the strip club scene in Glasgow in general. Overall, I would say you can have a nice time here, of course they are happy to accept he usual high costs for private dances, and see, to encourage the buying of 15 or 30 minute sessions (or more), if that is your thing. I would say definitely worth a visit when in Glasgow - jut don't set your expectations too high.
