I went to Brad's Gold Key...

I went to Brad's Gold Key in Indy on a Saturday night and it was so packed that it was hard to find parking. I got in free by using a coupon from an advertisement in the local weekly NUVO.. The club is reasonably clean and the decor is above average. I bought a 22oz. draft beer for $6.75, which wasn't too bad because it equivalant to two regular beers and it lasted the whole evening for me. There were three stages alongside each other with tiered, comfortable, seating surrounding them. The dancers ranged from attractive to very attractive, and the ones I met were quite friendly and sociable. There were three venues for lap dances: by the table for $10 a song; a secluded area for approximately 1/2 hour dances (6 songs) for $50., and a Champagne room for $100.- I think- that everyone said was really kind of a rip off - seeing how the experience was no different from the $50. dance. Major drawback: most in demand dancers tied up in the half hour dances and thus limited availability. To the best of my knowledge, this club, and the sister club Brad's Brass Flamingo are the only clubs in the Indy area with $10. lap dances. I tried a few tableside lap dances, and although there's not much privacy, I was quite pleased. The dancers are allowed to touch you but not vice versa; although they seemed to tolerate a little bit with discretion. Not as much milage as the Hiphugger in Kokomo, but still satisfactory. There's probably more milage in the half hour lap dance secluded area, but I didn't try that; partially because I rebell against the cost and also I prefer to spread the wealth among several dancers instead of just one. One thing that surprised me was all the girl - girl kissing and lap dancing (bring it on, I say!) The girls were not too aggressive in asking for dances, which can be both a plus and a minus. All in all, my visit there wasn't too shabby. I'd be interested in hearing what others think.
