UPDATED review because Establishment is now under new management. It's no longer a biker bar, so you'll see a lot of butt hurt people posting negative reviews because they are no longer allowed to nurse a single beer for several hours while watching the girls (and not tipping).

The bar itself now has a 2 drink minimum, and the stage now has a 25 dollar minimum in order to sit and watch the ladies. I personally like the new changes. You'll see much cleaner and more respectful clientele now, as well as the caliber of dancers increasing. The selection of brews and liquor have also moved up to higher grade, which means that drink prices have increased in comparison to a few years ago. Despite its small size and former reputation, it's the most classy place in all of Utah. The women select excellent classic music and maintain a much higher value in themselves than those you'll find at Trails or Southern. I actually started frequenting this bar much more since my favorite dancer quit Trails to work here.

To summarize this review: Do not walk into this place expecting a taste of the high life if you can not afford it.
