No dancers

Last time I reviewed this place I said I'd never be back, but they have new owners so thought I'd try it. Visited on Sunday at 8, which is when they opened, with $700 in my pocket but was unable to spend it. The owners name is now displayed proudly on the door, which is a good sign (ha!). Entrance is in the back off the parking lot. You go down a corridor with the restrooms on the left to enter the main room. Good size bar is on the left, stage on the right surrounded by tables. No TVs, which is a plus for me. Music not annoying and played at reasonable volume. Bartender was very cute and friendly, service prompt and polite. They have really cleaned this place up, it used to be a smelly dump when it was Potter's but now is almost charming in a neighborhood bar kind of way. I paid no cover and $6 for Labatt.

I usually describe the dancers in my second paragraph, but there were none on this visit. The bartender apologized and gave me two free passes for future visits. But still. If the sign says you open at 8, you gotta have dancers there at 8. I waited half an hour and left.

I will be back to give it a second chance.
